On the 18th of septber we celebrated heritage day becouse my teacher is from south africa but in south africa they celebrate for a hole mouth in setmber .
 In south africa are teacher showed as what they eat
a walky talky is chicken feet and a smily is a sheeps heads.
my teacher told me and my class that in the earlyits days there were people called the San and in one of the gruops they belived the someone in theRe group had powers so the porsen that they belived had powers they would go in a cave and paint what they would vishen .
So we made some art and we stand the canvis with a tea bag then we  painted.
 my teacher made as some south africa food that was all i hope you all liked it bye

on 27th of augest i did netball a netball tornmint my team was harry mikyla rebecca quin zach james jess regon jonothn .they all have a blog so go look at  there blog out it was relly fun even if we loss witch we did when each round was done we got lollys or candy if thats what you say.heres some photos of the netball tornamint

first aid workshop

on the august 22th carthren from st john's tort  as about first aid and what to do in an energy we  lornt what to do when someone has got cut bad when you have a first aid kit and when someone is  an konshens we got in pers each time them we got in groups of three and tried to name all the objects she showed as me and my group got 14 right and she gave as a first aid kit and sitfakit well at less ill know what to do in an energy

 

on the 15th of august the year 5's and 6's got to do an escape room and the year 7's and 8's got to go skiing .first we had to find ten clue to get the pass code then we had to solve the clue   when we had done a clue we would go to .The teacher to see if we were correct  then when we were all done we went to see if we got the code right we would get subway.We got all the clues right  it was so much fun i would love to do another escape room .

snow day

in the weekend it snowed and it and it doesn't snow here that much on the west coast what i did in the snow i had a snowball fight with my dad  and then we went in side and my cat was terrified so i went out side with no shoes and put my cat inside  and then i went to my friends and when i got there . there was a snowman on one of the cars then  we made a snowmad  and we had chips why making in
and they got frozen put we still ate them  then i had to go back home and i jumped on the trump it was fun .

poble the ice world

The world of ice is a wonderful place to go it is hard to get there and it has diamonds and gems on the trees and unicorns flying everywhere little snow elves riding the unicorns when the unicorns fart they fart rainbows while they are eating apples and using their horns and making ice plants grow it the nicest place you will ever see the end.

kiwi time

On  the 23th of May we went to the Kiwi Creche in moon  light and  we got to to see a kiwi did you now  a female  kiwi can get bigger quicker than a male kiwi. A female kiwi has a longer beak than a male kiwi a kiwi worst enemy is a stock . Thay have two baby  kiwis a female kiwi can cut you really esay and you hold kiwis buy  the feet.Kiwi have to hatch up to 80 day kiwis are in big danger . It was really fun seeing kiwis   they look so fluffy  and cute .
The people that showed as around  were jo ray and paul showed as a how to use a trap to catch weasels  and  rats and other enemies to the kiwis. We got to go plant some trees it was so much fun did you know a baby kiwis is called rayhal we are finding out what the other name is i hope we get to go back .

at school we have been  doing  coordinates   and learning  how to use a compass  are teacher set up  a treasure hunt  using coordinates and a compass  and we learned how to read a map it was a little fun

We made my own ciad of plane and I got 5 cones and it was fan to make and easy and I liart to make a paper plane.

a Hero is a loyal person like a doctor and  nurse like my anstey she's  brave unselfish she's loyal fun kind  so that's what makes her a hero   fireman,police there all heroes  anyone can be a hero if they chriay to be a hero you have to be brave unselfish they can be a boy or a girl to be a hero to be a hero you help people when now tells you to you just do it  thats a hero .
